All orders over the value of £40.00 qualify for free shipping within the United Kingdom and will be sent on a 48 hour tracked Royal Mail shipping service.
We currently only dispatch orders on Monday-Fridays and the deadline for same day dispatch is 2.00pm. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday (except Bank Holidays).
We only dispatch to UK mainland as standard. Please message or email us for a shipping quote if you are not on UK mainland.
Missing or delayed parcels:
If your parcel has not arrived safely with you in 3 working days, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help and locate it if possible.
We would ALWAYS advise selecting a tracked shipping service. If you choose to order without tracking, then we will not be held responsible for missing parcels as we are not able to claim for missing parcels which have not been sent by Tracked 24 or 48.
